Redo Surgery/Problem Cases Case #507

This 58 year old patient states her reason for choosing to have revisionary breast implant surgery was "My implants were 15 years old and I felt like they were sagging far too much. I wanted them to look like they used to." She also stated that the reason she chose The Wall Center and her plastic surgeon was because "Several of my friends recommended The Wall Center." During her consultation she discussed with Dr. Simeon Wall Jr. that she still liked the size and shape of her breasts but wanted more upper breast fullness than her current implants were giving her. During Dr. Wall Jr.’s examination of the patient, it was recommended that he could do an implant exchange to a cohesive gel implant that better matched her frame and breast width.  He also recommended tightening and repositioning the implant pockets to achieve more upper breast fullness while keeping her breasts the same size. When asked how the patient feels about her results, she reported "I am very pleased! I feel better about myself again. I don’t feel like an old lady at 59 anymore." The Post Op pictures were taken 2 months after her implant exchange surgery and should remain stable from this point onward.
