Redo Surgery/Problem Cases Before & After Case 208

This patient had 25 year old liquid silicone gel implants that had ruptured and caused scar tissue thickening - or capsular contracture.  She wanted to maintain her volume, but have the implants in a more natural position.  In surgery, I removed the thickened scar tissue around her old implants and placed Mentor smooth round cohesive gel implants in her previous subpectoral pocket.  She obviously looks and feels tremendously better! This procedure was performed at our Louisiana plastic surgery center.
