Breast Reduction Before & After Case 545

This 23 year-old patient had neck, back and shoulder pain from her large, corpulent breasts.  Dr. Simeon Wall Jr. recommended a bilateral breast reduction with SAFELipo to the axillas.  Her operation included a vertical short scar breast reduction with removal of excess breast tissue in the amount of 309 grams from the right breast and 379 grams from the left along with SAFELipo of 50 grams from each breast and 100 grams from left axilla and 250 grams from the right axilla, to relieve symptoms of shoulder and neck discomfort.  The nipple areolar complex was also modified to a more appropriate location and size. She had immediate improvement in her pain and is now able to wear the kind of clothes that she has always wanted to. The Post Op pictures were taken 1 year after her surgery and her scars are already fading nicely but will continue to fade over time.
