This 38 year old woman had 36 DDD cup breasts causing neck, back and shoulder pain. Due to her very large size, I had to incorporate a horizontal scar under her breasts to remove all of the skin allowing her breasts to rest on her abdomen and lift them up onto her chest area. Now she is proportional in size, yet still very feminine in shape.
