This 21 year old woman with 34 DD breasts complained of neck, back and shoulder pain that was not relieved with conservative measures. She also had significant volume asymmetry which made wearing a swimming suit impossible. She underwent a vertical breast reduction and is now a proportional and symmetrical 34 C. Her clothes fit so much better and she can wear a swimming suit.
