Breast Lift With Auto-Augmentation

This patient wanted to improve the sagging and empty appearance of her breasts, and to improve her mid-section after losing 45 pounds but still having stubborn areas of fat.  She chose Dr. Wall Jr because of “online reviews of past clients”.  During her extensive consultation with Dr. Wall Jr, they discussed her desire for lifted breasts with nipples centered over the breast mound, but wanting to keep her breast size just about the same.  She was not interested in breast implants and did not desire a bulging upper part of the breasts.  Dr. Wall Jr recommended that in order to achieve all of her goals without the use of implants, she would be a great candidate for a short-scar breast lift using her own breast tissue to augment the upper part of the breasts.  Commonly referred to as an “auto-augmentation”, a breast lift with auto-augmentation uses a woman's own breast tissue — not implants — to optimize breast shape and projection, usually providing a beautiful, natural shape to the breast. The patient had 360° SAFELipo of her circumferential trunk at the same time as her mastopexy with auto augmentation and she is very happy with her results. The Post Op pictures were taken just 7 months after her surgery and her scars are already fading nicely but will continue to fade over time.
