Breast Augmentation with Lift Before & After Case 483

This 34 year-old mother of 3 came in for consultation with Dr. Wall Jr wanting breast rejuvenation.  She wanted to tighten the loose skin that extended to the sides of her body and wanted fullness and shape, including enhanced cleavage and a beautiful side of the breast.  Most importantly, she wanted elevation of her nipples and alleviation of the sag beneath her breasts.  After discussion with Dr. Wall Jr and coming up with a surgical plan that was tailored to her, she decided to increase her breast size roughly two cup sizes, undergoing a simultaneous short-scar breast lift with breast augmentation. One of her concerns before surgery was to have a natural, but full, appearance of the upper portion of the breasts, and she was ecstatic with her beautiful results after surgery. The Post Op pictures were taken 10 months after her surgery and her scars are expected to continue to fade over time.
