This mother states her reason for choosing to have plastic surgery was because she "did not like the appearance of my breast after nursing and having children and to increase my confidence, enhance my body, and increase my confidence." During Dr. Holly's examination of the patient, it was recommended that because of the sagging shape of her breasts, and her desire to have perkier breasts with the nipples centered over the breast mound, that she would also have a short scar breast lift along with her breast augmentation to achieve the look she wanted. When asked how the patient feels about her results, she reported "I'm very pleased! I feel more comfortable about the appearance of my breast."  The Post Op pictures were taken 1 year after her surgery and her scars are expected to continue to fade over time.
