Breast Augmentation with Lift Before & After Case 461

This patient wanted to increase her breast size roughly two cup sizes. She also wanted increased fullness in the upper part of the breast but without an un-natural amount of bulging. Because of the tubular shape of her breasts, and her desire to have perkier breasts with the nipples centered over the breast mound, it was recommended that she also have a short scar breast lift along with her breast augmentation to achieve the look she wanted. The patient is ecstatic with her results and has been diligent in the use of tape postoperatively to allow the scars to fade. The Post Op pictures were taken 1 year after her surgery and her scars are expected to continue to fade over time.
