Joanna is truly exceptional from start to finish, she was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything about the procedure thoroughly, answering any and every question that I had with patience and understanding. Her expertise and skill were evident during the actual injections, where she was able to make the process quick and nearly painless.I’ve also been on skinceutical products for a long time and noticed lately they weren’t working as well as they had in the past, she suggested ZO and I’ve been on it for a few days now and wish I would have started on it a long time ago!!!!I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking Botox treatments , she truly went above and beyond to make the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable.
I absolutely love this place and adore all the amazing men and woman that work here. I’ve been coming to this establishment for 15 years for different needs. It’s always been a very pleasant and informative experience and I would highly recommend for any needs. Both the Jade Spa and Wall Center of Plastic Surgery have never failed me!
I had laser hair removal and Botox done here. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are clean, the atmosphere is so relaxing, and the service was top notch. I will be going back!
I’ve been seeing Joanna for about 3-ish years now. Never leave disappointed, always answers my questions with brutal honesty(which i LOVE), and she’s just an all around fun person. Reception ladies are always the sweetest and you just leave feeling better than you did when you walked in. I cannot recommend this atmosphere or business anymore than i already do.
Ashli and Juliana were great! They were super sweet and both took the time ask questions, listen, and explain everything in detail!
